About

The Z02 project will provide a broad portfolio of mass spectrometric techniques to the members of the SFB1190. Besides global proteome and PTM analysis, specific focus will be laid on quantitative methods to elucidate the localization, organization and function of protein/protein complexes at different compartmental gates under investigation. These include affinity purification mass spectrometry (AP-MS), proximity labelling mass spectrometry (i.e. APEX and BioID), complexome profiling (e.g. Blue Native mass spectrometry, BN-MS) and protein/protein cross-linking. The Z02 project’s portfolio includes mass spectrometric sample preparation, analysis, data processing and functional annotation.
